Since he said intel, I'm going to assume integrated graphics If you have the slots on your mobo I'd suggest buying a cheap dedicated graphics card for about $20-$30 since chances are it'll work out better than the integrated graphics.
If you have a laptop then I suggest you get a desktop since there's not much you can do to upgrade it xD
