GTA San Andreas released in 2004
GTA 5 released in 2013

That leaves us with "B46", make of that what you want... Seems to be hinting of remasters of those games before VI.

Probably nothing, but Rockstar mentioned Didier Sachs, a store that was in IV and San Andreas, but is not accessible in V.
