Honestly I do not know.
There is no way to tell what you will do once the only option to survive is to eat a fellow human.
Though when they are still alive I most certainly wouldn't do it. But if they would already be dead, by an accident or so, and there is no way to survive without it I wouldn't know now.

Love as the love of your life, not a girlfriend that you'll break up with in 2 months, then yes. But to save myself by eating someone else I would, yeah. It is pretty much the same - I would save my own dear cat from a fire rather than someone I don't even know. I know both - the prementioned - would get me thinking about it for a while but meh, it would be the thing I found to be the right thing to do.

I would under the following circumstances;

1) The person was dead
2) There was ABSOLUTELY no other food source
3) I'll have to be VERY hungry and going partially insane and delirious. ( I could not eat anyone in my regular, non-hungry, conscious, Non-insane state.)
