Oh, and I checked the DLC tab.
One of the DLC's, for €3, is literally a different language pack: Sindarin, the fictional language of the elves.
For €5, you can get... an ingame lore codex.
And €8 gives you a seperate application, where you can... see concept art.

This is absolutely horrendous.
