You ever seen the MAS in Antwerp? Is has a similar design.
It's ugly as hell too, like someone started a tower in Minecraft, and then just inserted glass along the stairs going up.

I don't find it pretty either, but I like the neighborhood and the building inside is pretty nice as well.
