[Solved] Bioshock 2

I downloaded Bioshock 2 last week, and I started playing today. (I know, a bit late to start with it, but what the hell ) So after I played for a couple of hours, I tried to save. I couldn't. The problem apparently is that I don't have a Windows Live account. So I created one and tried again. When I started the game, I had to put in a serial (which I don't have) to continue.
Any ideas on how to circumvent this security detail? Or how I can save without a serial (short from buying the game)?

I hope that this helps.
Basically you need an offline account, a fake serial. It will say that the serial isn't right or something then it will log you into the offline account and then you can save.
Always works for me.

Or you can buy a cheap ass shit GFWL game and use that serial for BS2.
