Should cookies/karma be disabled?

Before you ask: YES I should have included this in the poll I ran yesterday, my apologies Basically I'm tired of seeing 40 cookies on every page on the forum (20 untouched and 20 eaten) Also I don't think cookies add a real value to the forum, therefore this poll. AND they do take up a fair piece of the profile field in posts. (http://i.imgur.com/a60ts5o.png) Please vote and give additional feedback if you have some. Thanks. Poll runs for 24 hours.

I've seen cookie/reputation systems on other forums, they never work out. Glad you're finished with that over here.
