Series: General Discussion

Isn't that pretty... NOT light?

Meanwhile, we started Supernatural. It's pretty good. The plotlines for each episode are neat, and there isn't a whole lot of over arcing plot in the way, like in Castle or such series. Not yet, anyway.

Started watching Sons of Anarchy a week ago, and I'm hooked.
You'll really like this if you've always been interested in bike culture (Hell's Angels etc) they even got an ex Hell's Angels member to help with the show.

The Grand Tour premiered yesterday and it's definitely as good as Top Gear.

This moment. Right in the feels.

This was one of the best scenes they ever made. Amazing work.

Just started to watch Making a Murderer on Netflix today, hooked for sure.
Definitely recommend everybody to check it out.

Filmed over a 10-year period, Steven Avery, a DNA exoneree who, while in the midst of exposing corruption in local law enforcement, finds himself the prime suspect in a grisly new crime.

Episode one is already extremely jaw-dropping, and then the episode ends with something even bigger.

Just finished watching Californication (after like 5 years, watched the last 3 seasons in a few weeks though)
What a great show, I'm sure it's not for everybody, but I really dug it. Got that whole empty-feeling-after-watching-a-series-finale feeling right now.

If you never tried watching Californication: it's basically about a guy who gets himself in really awkward situations with incredibly hot women and then has to find a way out of his mess.
The music on the show is also fantastic.

Still working my way through Supernatural. Currently finishing up season 7 out of 13.
It's a contradicting series. Some episodes are incredibly cheesy and whiney, and make you go "OH FFS JUST TELL HIM YOU'RE HALLUCINATING", but at other times it's hilariously self deprecating and makes you laugh with just stupid jokes.
I like it.

^ Supernatural is just one of many in my watchlist.. Someday I'll break a leg and binge watch 90% of that list.

Samurai Jack season 5 episode 1 just aired: http://www.adultswim.com/videos/samurai-jack/
Now with free blood!

Currently binge rewatching The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air. Still 10/10 humor to this day. Also RIP great uncle Phil.

One of the classic series to watch while doing some mindless things like cleaning or cooking. See also: That 70's Show.

Watched Planet Earth II. Nature documentaries aren't usually my thing, but goddamn if that series didn't have some truly epic shots.

Dude. I also watched Planet Earth 1 and 2. Once you've watched these docus, no documentary ever will come close. Trust me, I've tried. Attenborough's voice is also so godly.

Thankfully, I'm not so much into nature documentaries. And yes, Attenborough's voice is up there with Morgan Freeman and James Earl Jones.

This week I randomly found out that Prison Break was airing again.. (They changed the show's name though: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt4928092/)
Season 5 is currently out up to episode 6, needless to say I binge-watched all of them. Sadly FOX only allowed them to do 9 episodes, so some episodes feel a bit rushed, but nonetheless I really enjoyed the season so far.

GF is away the entire weekend. Time to catch up on Top Gear.
I'm starting to really like the "new guys", especially Matt and Chris. So glad that ginger guy has left.

New episode of Game of Thrones aired yesterday in the US, and I just finished watching.
Looked pretty promising for the rest of season 7. Hopefully the season where all the big stuff goes down: Khaleeshi reaching King's Landing, white walkers breaching the wall etc. Only storyline that still doesn't really interest me is that of Bran Stark.

I don't watch the show, but I love all the dumps on imgur and such. I'm laughing my ass off with things I basically know nothing about.

Almost near the end of the final(?) season of House of Cards, Kevin Spacey is still killing it.

So, I barely watch GoT, but appearantly last episode was pretty awesome?

Seriously, I saw some scenes, and some behind-the-scene shots of the stuntmen involved. How they live with such giant balls, I'll never know.
