All Olympic athletes are REQUIRED to install this app. Github user "jonathandata" managed to decompile the Android and iOS apps and gathered all the info on Github: https://github.com/jonathandata1/2022_beijing

Now to me the most interesting bit is the banned words/terms. As expected "Tienanmen" is in the list 43 times.
Classic censorship from China.
