XP icons issue

Well.. this is the problem, the text on the icons on my desktop isn't transparent.

If the wallpaper is a .PNG, try changing that. Also if the image file was on your desktop and thats where it was when you set it as wallpaper, try moving it somewhere else then setting it

I had this problem on XP too and it was usually one of these 2 problems.
