Woman escapes carjacking

A woman arrived at her house in South Africa and got out of the car to pick up her dogs, when suddenly she and her husband spotted a car racing down the street. The couple quickly realized these were carjackers, and the wife got in her vehicle as soon as she noticed, while her husband already put the car in reverse, so he could just floor it in order to escape the carjackers.

My thoughts too, driving backwards fast if bad enough, but doing this while there are carjackers behind you as well?
