I found this Orchestra today, actually pretty good. They have a bandcamp (no flute pussies, sadly) which they are using to distribute the aforementioned album. You can, if you so wish, pay for the album. However, there is no minimum limit on how much to spend, and was told that they're fine with putting in 0$ and downloading for free. Check them out, if you're into this sort of music.
