Damn that's a soothing voice.
And I'm reading the Hyperion saga by Dan Simmons currently, and in it are some interesting philosophical points about this as well. Things like, our body is just what it says in this video, a massive container of cells and information, but nothing more. Our "us", our personalities, our likes and dislikes, are a quantum state in the universe, something that doesn't as much "exist" in our bodies.
It's all very confusing, but the point was that even if your body replaces itself constantly, and you can swap bodyparts for mechanical ones, you are still you, because your personality isn't tied to your body in the same way as your leg or your arm is.
