Weird program in startup menu

Yo guys,

I'm using CCleaner to check what programs are starting up when Windows is started up.
Now I disabled some things, but there's one weird program (which I disabled but doesn't matter) and I just wanna know what it is:
"C:\Users\Wannes\AppData\Local\cryyyotlj\hjahwkltssd.exe"

Reason enough to disable it, but wt* is that? I can't find it on my pc :s

Holy, found it, got in the map, now I've got a virus that's saying I'm having a virus --'
Need to reboot in safe mode and delete it on that way. Aargh.

Forgot to scan a keygenerator I downloaded :( Deleting it now through registry and Avira Antivir. It's in quarantaine now, so I'm safe. But still...

Dude, run malwarebytes it cleans that kinda stuff


EDIT: try http://superantispyware.com/ too, it cleans most registry stuff

Malwarebytes ftw . I ran it when I had a virus that kept hijacking my display lol. And Avira didn't detect it.
