Well, to be honest, the police are right here.
The people in the video, are going to police stations, wanting to make formal complaints, without having an actual complaint.
It is common practice that if you want to make a complaint about a police officer, you have to speak to other officers that assist you in making that complaint.
It is unlawful if you do not identify yourself. It might seem like you don't have to, but you do.
So practically, the police are just doing their jobs, and the people making the videos are just causing unnecessary problems.
