You can eat a fast food meal and magically heal bullet wounds.

You can hit a wall @ 200MPH and ricochet off it without dying and producing little damage to the car's front bumper.

You can jump 50 meters in the air by hitting a small fence with a bike

You can bunnyhop 15 feet straight up if you have the right kind of bike

You are immortal. When your health points reach 0 you will magically be teleported to nearest hospital.

Doing a wheelie or stoppie for a long time automatically places money in your wallet.

Weapons magicly appear/disapear when you choose that weapon or choose an other weapon.
This also happens when you are only wearing underwear

No matter how far you drive, you'll never need to refuel a car. Although there are plenty of gas stations around, they're mostly just there for decoration.
