Actually theres a setting for that, its set to block that stuff by default

So yeah I opened it in FF so I could see if it WAS one that moves



EDIT:

Chrome doesn't let the window move around, but the pop-ups are still "enabled"

Someone try safari?

So Safari, IE and Firefox fail, as they let the window move and pop-ups to pop up.
