You can drive the sub and while underwater you'll be off the radar. Pretty cool.
 
The KULT radio station will be added by default, to enable SLIPPIN you need to go to the icon close to the casino (Mirror Park) in order to activate it.

One major pro-tip: while scoping out the island DO NOT TRY SWIMMING. You'll waste at least 30 minutes on this as the rocks cannot be climbed.. Yes I did make that mistake :biggrin:

Don't try to be sneaky by going underwater, as this clearly does not work with Rockstar's mechanics

"If you want to instantly get into el rubio's castle you can do so by scoping this truck, basically gruppe sechs"

Also heads up:
After your first playthrough, so from your second playthrough on, guards will actually kick you off the island and back to LS if you get caught too many times during the scoping mission.
 
Also a buzzard OP tip:
"Shoot the gunner out of the side then they just fly around overhead and don’t bother you and don’t spawn more."
 
Another tip:
Poison the water supply to weaken the guards.
At one of the ports there is a red water tower. next to it is a long green half circle building, in front of that building is a box of chemicals. grab it, climb to the top and pour it in the hatch at the top of the water tower. it's said to make all the guards sick.

Yeah, I used that map as well... Note that the locations of the uniforms, grappling hooks, and bolt cutters is randomized. Out of all the points I visited using that map, only 1 had something actually there.

This update could have been so much better.
