Seriously:

• Lester's magical abilities work for everybody in the vehicle.
• The passenger camera in the Buzzard is no longer the blurry green vision, but this:
  
  
• The mission payouts are finally balanced - Every mission is worth playing now.
• When someone is driving a tank, you can tell by their map icon.
• You can now buy a 2 car property and STILL access your other 8 vehicles.
• Neat new classic sportscar.

Haven't had a chance to co-pilot a chopper yet, so no idea about the new camera.

How does that "2 car property but still access the other vehicles work, exactly? Thinking about buying a house, but they only go to 6 car garage...

Say you have a 10 car garage right now. -> You buy a 2 car garage up in Paleto Bay. -> You can still request the other 8 vehicles through the mechanic (it will stay [STORAGE] behind them.
TLDR; Access all vehicles, although you don't have the place for them.
