Only discovered this one today! Finally you can block in-video advertisements.
Now you might argue that you want to support content creators, and I fully agree, though sometimes you just want to skip the sponsored content, and this ad is a great method to do so.

The addon also highlights the sponsored content bits in the timeline.

Honestly, I prefer the creator's take on the ads, as they are usually far more entertaining than some marketing company approved, $100.000 an hour earning, dry as bones pencilpusher, who is aiming for the broadest audience. The creators make the ads based on their own style, which is why you watch their channels anyway.

Shit, the ads on the Internet Historian video's are downright entertaining. And I mean that unironically.
