We’re having dinner with friends tonight. We hopped by the supermarket earlier and I buy a €16 euro wine that looks promising. Normally I spend around €8-9, but I figured what the heck. Bottle looked really descent.

Cue an hour later, me and the gf completely ready to go. “Let me just fetch the wine bottle honey”. Yeah…

If I would have been in possession of a 160 euro bottle, I'd bubble wrap the shit out of it :D
Never want to do this kind of cleanup again. It's a miracle both the carpet and the sofa remained untouched.

Honestly, I don't think regular people like us would be able to tell the difference between a €8 and a €180 wine bottle anyway :D

And yeah, lucky. Red wine is an absolute bitch to get out of stuff.
