You can call them whatever you want, but these ARE hacks. "Safe Extras" modify the game, hacks. But this hacks are more legal.

btw you can easily make you own legal hack, http://www.gtamodding.com/index.php?title=Memory_Addresses_(SA) and the "Trainer Maker Kit" tool .

(I have never downloaded it, Vista -> doesnt work).

Man whats worst using hacks safe extras, or hacking playing with rcon in SA_killer server huh? who do you think dat deserves the ban?

I saw you and LOWRIDEUR_TUNE too so if your gonna do bad dat kind of thigs dont complain bout others ;)
