I had been looking for a descent music player WITH a waveform for a while, until I stumbled upon Nulloy.
Been using this player for a few weeks now and I love it. Especially the simplicity.

Note: It doesn't come with an installer, so just extract archive somewhere.
Right click an mp3 and select Properties > Opens with > Change... > Scroll down > More apps > Scroll down
Then select "Look for another app on this PC"
And point to this program.
