Does carbon have the freeroam element?

Yeh u can freeroam at carbon + u can get chased by police =D

I'll search the internet if I can find an ENB serie/graphic enhancement mod for NFS U/U2 and HP2

Underground 2 already looks great at max settings (better than carbon, at least for me), but the console versions look like crap.
