Net dropping out

Just today, first time ever, my net has been disconnecting from my router, its done it 5 times today, I havn't changed any settings, and all i have done was watch youtube all day (p cool waste of time heh?)

But yeh, would anyone have the faintest idea as to why it could be disconnecting?
