Micro ATX mobo format isn't bad, your card shouldn't hit any components on it, it depends only on your case.

Also I recommend DFI Lan Party Blood Iron.

Well considering Frost has a MASSIVE case, a regular ATX will be better

If you got not much money, a nice alternative for Phenom II X4 would be Athlon II X4. But if you got $, buy Phenom II. Don't buy Phenom because Athlons II are better.

Older architecture = bigger power consumption, more heat, less overclocking etc.
