Might be a stretch, but Ana Esposito perhaps?

She's starred in Law and Order just like Steven Ogg, Ned Luke and Roger Clark, strikes a somewhat similar appearance to Lucia from her nose upwards, has a somewhat similar voice with a slight but notable range as well as displaying nothing very interesting on her resume lately that would conflict with any work on VI.

Her Instagram profile (please don't follow it), is also private which would make sense given her role.

Her Instagram was already private, and now she has also deleted all likes/tweets on her Twitter account..
 
  • She hasn't done much since 2018, which would fit when working on a project as large as a GTA game
  • She's based in NYC, Rockstar Games also do their mo-cap in NYC (Long Island)
