This picture is fake. If they'd want to do that with the lights they would have to move themselfs as well, but somehow they are very sharp in the image, something which would not happen if you take a picture of humans with long exposure.

I asked a pretty good photographer, she said that this really can be a non-edited photo if you're a good photographer though.
