I will not be taking any days off, as I'm a freelancer, which means that a day off = €0 earned.
If I were still employed, I wouldn't hesitate to take both the 19th and 20th off.

However:
  • The 18th I will be playing once the kids are in bed
    ( I will be setting my console to New Zealand region tonight)
  • The 19th my wife will be doing something with girlfriend in the evening
  • The 20th my wife is taking the kids to go do something during the day
Hopefully this will satisfy my desire to play at launch enough :D

Me neither, did you already pre-order? I did Sunday. Went for the €99,99 version in the end, seeing as how many hours of entertainment I will get out of this, I could justify it.
 
I pre-ordered the very first day I could, but I was really in doubt about the ultimate edition , as I don't think you can start a ultimate-edition-less story mode (without all the extra items). But after careful consideration (read 2 minutes) there were just too many items that I didn't want to go without and I bought it anyway ..
