James Bond #26

[Mave]

I've been a massive James Bond fan every since I was a little kid. Also made a habit out of re-watching all.
Couldn't be more hyped since it was known that Villeneuve would direct the next film.

The final screen tests are happening THIS WEEK.
Final three candidates are: Jack Lowden, Callum Turner and Josh O'Connor

The fourth one is still unknown

Sources tell Deadline that screen tests for the Bond role could begin as early as Friday and go through the next week for its final group. At least four test offers have been given out, and while unconfirmed, insiders tell Deadline that three of the four expected to test are Jack Lowden, Callum Turner, and Josh O’Connor.

It's always interesting to me, usually this role is so big that it is pretty much what they will be known for during the remainder of their career, or at least to me that's the case with the last two actors (they will always be James Bond to me). I had to look up the actors and I saw some movies they played in, but their names didn't stick yet, after James Bond it'll stick I'm sure

Also for what it's worth; in those 3 pictures I think Callum Turner looks the most like a potential James Bond

I also like him more than O’Connor, but Lowden is brilliant in Slow Horses. (Do check that series if you haven’t already, Gary Oldman is also fantastic there)
