Im guessing they dipped it in to some sort of luke warm chochlate then put it in the frezzer!

They could have also partially froze 2 molds filled w/ chocolate then place the Ipad in the 2 molds then let it completely freeze.
It would've sucked if they forgot the plastic wrap though
