It's impossible, it'd be a Perpetuum Mobile, and one of the basic laws of physics is that a Perpetuum Mobile can not exist.

This is only true in a vacuum.
In our world, it is possible to utilize the surrounding forces in order to make a machine that can fuel itself.
But, my point doesn't matter in this case because this doesn't utilize the surrounding forces.

It is possible to create a machine which can fuel itself, but there is no way for it to be possible to run forever. To have that there would have to be an effeciency of 100%, which is theoretically impossible to achieve.

No, there is currently no way for a machine to be self sustaining.
^meaning, it doesn't rely on ANY outside forces/particles/etc.
And if it can't theoretically run forever, its not self sustaining.

Still, based on the ground forces of physic, a Perpetuum Mobile can not exist.
Just try to give me an example that is working. You won't find one.
