You gotta buy a $30 adaptor from VW and remove the radio (how the fuck, there's no screws) and then put the new one on and blah blah blah, so i'll just keep it

I am very sure there is no car radio that uses screws to be taken out... for obvious reasons.

Usually there are 4 holes, 2 on each side. You need a special tool to take it out (or you can take 4 thin nails and put that in).
We have some of these tools at home. I know this stuff because dad used to be a car electrician.

You can take the radio out in a VW with two kitchen knives, easy as idk.. really easy
