How a Formual 1 driver sees the track

Sooo, F1 drivers have small form of Spidey sense?
Makes sense that they have great reaction time for visual clues though, I'm guessing that you can't hear a fucking thing over that engine anyway. I'm guessing they just shut it out and divert all their attention to visual impulses.
