GTAI
Though not called the Infernus, the Counthash was its predecessor. It is based off the Lamborghini Diablo and gets its name from the Lamborghini Countach. It is fast and agile, but is destroyed easily.
GTAIII
The first Infernus appeared in III and could be found on all islands except Portland. It is the fastest car in the game, though the handling isn't the best. It resembles a cross between the Jaguar XJR-15 and the Jaguar XJ220. The engine is in the front.
GTAVC
In VC, the Infernus seems based off the Countach, with slight modifications. Its engine is in the back. It is the fastest car again, yet the handling is still not the best. It can usually be found on the first island.
GTASA
It resembles a cross between the First Generation Honda NSX and the Cizeta-Moroder V16T. The engine is in the front. It is not the fastest car in the game, and can be found on the three city islands. Modifications for the car are 2x Nitrous, 5x Nitrous, 10x Nitrous. Wheels are Import, Atomic, Ahab, Virtual, Acess, Off Road Wheels, Mega, Grove, Twist, Wires, and you can install Hydraulics.
GTAIV
The infernus in GTAIV is based off the first generation Lamborghini Murciélago, with the side-panelling of a Lamborghini Diablo, then the rear fascia and venting of an early model Pagani Zonda. It is possible to get a stripe on the sides of the car, though smaller than V's.
It is not the fastest car in the game. The engine is in the mid-rear area. Excess fuel is burned from the exhaust. It is also the first car in the game to have scissor doors. It is a relatively hard car to get, though it is easy if you know where it spawns or are driving one.
GTAV
The Infernus in V looks similar to IV, with some differences, like the stripe and wheels.
You will be able to modify it, and it probably will not be the fastest car, again. If I forgot anything or made a mistake please point it out!
