We're still not 100% sure this is Lucia. She kind of shares some moles.

The YouTube thumbnail features an ankle monitor:

It would be the perfect way to keep part of the map locked at first.
For some reason I prefer advancing in a game to unlock more areas.
 
We know now that Lucia will at one point be in prison (not necessarily at the start of the game).
But could Jason be a cop at some point in the game as well?

His pants on the artwork seems to match the issued Miami Dade ones.

I'm seriously downloading an untouched Blu-Ray disc of Miami Vice (2006) for a comparison shot of the trailer :D
Should have this one up in a bit.
 
Missed this completely, but in the opening shot there are birds sitting on the power lines:

The trailer does also make sense in reverse order.
Start off with the "Trust?" "Trust.", then we see them robbing a place, living life, and ends with Lucia in prison.
Notice that she also doesn't have the ankle monitor in the last scenes.
To be honest it doesn't matter a lot for me, I just hope that we get to do some missions / activities inside of the actual prison. Would be cool.
 
Completely missed this, really impressive if this wasn't scripted.
