I just finished revising my YouTube template and I've uploaded it for people to use themselves 
There are 2 versions of the template, one with rounded corners and one with square corners. Both are lined up very closely (If not perfectly) with the YouTube layout.
A couple previews:
You can customize anything you like, and create awesome stuff like the SFStuntFreeroam background
Also, when using special background images make sure to set the 2 transparency settings to 100% transparent:
- I may add that it's really nothing spectacular as you can see xD
(But if you put effort into it it can become spectacular :0)
