Explorer.exe error

When i try to open any folder it gives me this :

I messed it up today when i tried to change my icons via Windows Explorer ->Tools ->Folder Options
The process itself still runs, so the opened folder does(but in another windows)
Help please

I had that same issue on the school computers, and even on my old home desktop. Prepare for a massive cluster fuck of issues.
