Compose your dream PC as if money wasn't an issue.

I'd probably go for something like this:

- Best Intel CPU: 9900K
- Best Nvidia GPU: 2080TI
- Fastest RAM for 64GB: Corsair Vengeance LPX 64 GB (4 x 16 GB) DDR4-3733
- MOBO: One that supports 4x M.2: ASRock Z390 Taichi ATX LGA1151
- Storage: 3x Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2 TB M.2-2280 NVME
- Storage: Western Digital HGST DC HC530 14 TB 3.5" 7200RPM
- Case: One that fits all this
- Power Supply: One that can handle all these components

Honestly, any PC here is gonna be just top of the line when it comes to CPU, GPU, RAM, etc...
Although I would be interested to wrap it all in a "sleeper" case. You know what I mean? The old school, '90s, white cases, and then cram it full of the best hardware available.

Triple monitors would also be very nice, though.

I like those sleeper cases as well, just a shame that they suck for airflow and anti-dust.
