I only know it has something to do with the big ball thing they droppen into a bucket of water, might try searching something like this on google "how to create huge amount bubbles"

Oh mi, that was awesome. I thought it was going to be a lame prank when i saw them drawing on his face. I bet that kid was really pissed off. that probably ruined anything electrical on his floor or desk.
