Bosch's ex-wife helps Bosch further determine Waits' character and motivations.
Waits -for the first time- does not recognize himself in Bosch. (the mom burial remark)
Back at the station two cops are scouring all the orphanage files for Waits.
Pounds tries to pressure Julia in pressing charges against Bosch in order for her to save her own skin.
Bosch visits a family who moved away from the Delacroix body site and finds out Stokes was one of their foster kids, he's suspect number one now.
Waits re-enacts the murder on Bosch's mom from 40 years ago. Things are truly personal now.
My opinion and thoughts
I don't mind the Julia drama at all, since that will probably mean we won't see too much of her again. I believe Waits took it too far now (as if that's a thing with serial killers), wouldn't be surprised if he starts slipping.
