It is not illegal.

Read my TOS, it states that i am not liable for anything that happens on my users hosting accounts.

We are also not responsible for any mail/data sent from the server, It is the users actions and we in no way take responsibility for their actions. If complaints should come up we will investigate and remove illegal content or undesireable content by others.
