Death is such a common part of they're life down there, that there is no humanity left in it. Constant wars, both civil and tribal has desensitized most of the country. The brutality and viciousness (In our eyes at least), is everyday business for them. There are many pictures of soldiers/militia using human heads as soccer balls.

3 man out of a group of 10 decide to kill someone. These 10 man are also friends of each other. The 3 succedeed in killing him, it was found out that they killed him. These 10 man are now suddenly killers.

I understand what you mean, but not everybody in Africa is like that. (I think)
