Seriously though, there is a surprising amount of deer in the "woods" near the Belgian highways.

Fortunately I haven't seen one crossing the highway yet, always think about what would happen when I see the warning signs.

Family dog chased one across a highway once. Almost followed it himself, but stopped right in time.

Not really. It was the only time ever my dad used the shock collar. We got it for exactly that reason.

Not really. It was the only time ever my dad used the shock collar. We got it for exactly that reason.

Sounds like a really justified reason, hopefully the dog learned to stay away from highways.
