For the people who live in Belgium (Mave, and I'm sure others as well), if you know anything about 3D modeling, or have a model lying around, check out http://i.materialise.com/
It's a company based in Leuven, which prints your design for a price. It has about 20 different materials to choose from, starting at 0,55€ per cm3. They also print in metals, such as Silver, Brass, Titanium, Bronze, and others. Those cost a bit more though.
For example, I quickly made a tube, 10mm in diameter, 1,6mm thick, and 10mm high. Costs in Silver: 45€. Costs in Titanium: 97€. In Polamide plastic: 17€.
In silver might look expensive, but imagine making your own design ring for about 45€. Even though a human finger is a bit bigger (mine is 25 mm in diameter), it still might be pretty cheap for something you made yourself.
