This ain't no Hollywood movie, which means this movie does require you to put in some extra though although on first sight it may look too violent. The old man has an amazing view of things and he knows how things work in the world. Other people know it very well also deep in their subconsciousness but don't want to admit the main point of the monologue the hobo had.
Sure I don't usually watch movies like this, but it sounds fairly interesting as long as there is some psychological aspect involved. As soon as it gets to kill-everyone-type of a thing (which I doubt since the man is trying to create justice as far as I can see), it will be a turnoff.
If I had nothing else to do I would sure watch this.
