I chose this movie because I LOVE mafia movies, although this movie can be found in many top-10 mafia movies, it isn't really a mafia movie.
But that doesn't make the movie any less good... It was pretty amazing, I loved the movie, the story, the acting, ... I really really enjoyed watching this movie.
The movie features some of my favorite actors; Robert de Niro & Joe Pesci (both known from various great mafia movies, "goodfellas" for example)
Casino is one of those movies that is definitely underrated..
The acting by the leads is good and the script is excellent.
Robert De Niro was given an Oscar for his performance and Joe Pesci is 'chilling' yet funny again. Even Sharon Stone is good in this brilliant film.
My advice : definitely worth a watch.
