California, actually. All in all, that really dosn't mean anything. Why would people in the US want to buy "Телохранители/команды прикрытия" off a Russian site? Some marketing.
 
Most people say this is some marketing trick, I also believe so. IT'S FAKE.
 
People say that because other people say it.
Because someone else said it, you said it. Because you said it I bet someone else is gonna say it.
It's a never ending loop (but hell, what isn't not-days?). So far, I've seen no actual proof that is, just noobs omg OMG FAKE BBQ, which in your head may be proof enough.
