What problem? If you get legal you play at Steam, if you get illegal copy you play at Garena, it's basically the same thing.

But to play with me we must play on Garena (virtual LAN), i think all you need for legal versions is non steam updates. Here's a tutorial with links for the updates, you only need 2008 and T9.1 and install Garena: http://fps.garena.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=610317&extra=page%3D1
