Burnout studio Criterion has issued a short, cryptic (well, not too cryptic) tweet which reveals that previous rumblings about its involvement with the next Need for Speed game are going to come to pass. Check out the tweet below:
"2010 will satisfy our increasing desire for travelling at a rate of high velocity....or words to that effect..."
It's been previously confirmed that Criterion and EA would be teaming up on the next Need for Speed project, but it's nice to hear from the studio in question that this is still a valid concern. Exactly when the new game will drop remains a mystery, but Criterion's excellent racing pedigree surely makes this one to watch.
